The Guadalajara International Film Festival comes to an end and with this the culmination of a cultural event of great relevance for the appreciation, diffusion, promotion and distribution of Latin American cinema. It is the most solid festival in Latin America with an offer for the Film Industry that has allowed it to position itself in the international arena.
The thirty-second edition of the festival that took place from March 10 to 17, 2017 had a varied share of Latin American cinema, where we can highlight three projects completed in the laboratories of 2.35 Digital: In the Ibero-American Fiction Feature Competition, “The Woman of the Beast” by Victor Gaviria, and “La tarde tarde” by Joel Calero, where the latter took the Best Director award. In the Ibero-American Documentary Competition, the documentary “The Pact of Adriana” by director Lissette Orozco won the Special Prize of the Jury.
2.35 Digital is also proud to be an official sponsor of the festival and to be part of the post-production prize awarded to the “Work of Shock” project with its partner Sonata Films
Congratulations to all of the participating projects and thanks from the entire team of 2.35 Digital for allowing us to participate in these great productions.
