The Black Movie
(Geneva-Switzerland Independent Film Festival), is a pioneering festival that determines to swim against the tide of conventional films, with its annual ten-day menu of emerging talent and established filmmakers from Asia, Africa and Latin America . It seeks to rediscover spectators with current films with aesthetic and social tendencies through a thematic approach.
Each section is organized around social or topical issues, popular cinema, new urban cultures, genres or filmmakers, while Black Movie for Kids is a section dedicated to children.
This year we are pleased to have two finished and colorized projects in the 2.35 Digital laboratories in the post-millennials section of this festival: “Breathless Breath” by Augusto Sandino and “The Nobodys” by Juan Sebastian Mesa.
